Io quasi ogni giorno, pressochè inutilmente.
Duro al massimo un paio di minuti.
Più che altro non trovo niente da fare al pc e mi risulta noioso, il massimo che faccio è perdermi su wikipedia.

Poi, comunque, c'è anche da dire che ogni volta che apportano una "miglioria" qui, non fanno altro che peggiorare...
